Iron Roofing Tole Sheets Galvanized Corrugated Galvanized corrugated steel sheet is made of Galvanized steel coil, by rolling into a variety of corrugated sheets, the hardness of steel plate material is G550(≧HRB85). We checked strictly on the quantity numbers of how many corrugated wave peaks and valleys for each specification.And the diagonal lines are same and equal for each sheet. The thickness,width and numbers of wave peaks and valleys are very strictly exact and confirmed for every order. During the installation,there is much less connection area with no gap.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI coil) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface.
It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristic. Usually hot dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.

PACKING

1.Generally package:Anti-water paper+strapped with min three strapping strips.

2.Standard exporting package: Anti-.vater paper and plastic+covered by iron sheet+ strapped with min three strapping strips.

3 .Excellent package: Anti-water paper and plastic film+ covered by iron sheet+ strapped with minthree strapping strips+fixed on the iron or wooden pallets by strapping strips.
