Manufacturing Process of 1mm Stainless Steel Sheet

1. Raw Material Preparation
Stainless steel slabs are first produced through steelmaking and casting processes.
2. Hot Rolling (Initial Stage)
The slab is heated and hot rolled into a thicker coil to reduce its thickness and prepare it for further processing.
3. Pickling
The hot rolled coil is treated with acid to remove scale and surface oxidation.
4. Cold Rolling
The steel is rolled at room temperature through precision rollers to gradually reduce the thickness to 1 mm. This process improves both surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
5. Annealing
Heat treatment is applied to restore ductility and remove internal stresses created during cold rolling.
6. Surface Finishing
The sheet may undergo polishing, brushing, or other finishing processes depending on the required surface appearance.
7. Cutting and Leveling
Finally, the coil is flattened and cut into standard sheet sizes or customized dimensions.
