Aluminum Sheet / Coil
1000 series aluminum plates have a purity exceeding 99%, making them widely used in various industries. 3000 series aluminum plates offer excellent anti-rust properties, making them ideal for humid environments such as air conditioning systems, refrigerators, and car underbodies. 5000 series aluminum plates are characterized by low density, high tensile strength, and excellent elongation. 6000 series aluminum plates, composed of Al-Si-Mg alloys, combine the advantages of both the 4000 and 5000 series.
6063 aluminum sheet is a magnesium-silicon alloy with excellent surface quality, corrosion resistance, and formability. Although its strength is lower than 6061, its superior appearance and processing performance make it ideal for architectural, decorative, and light industrial applications.
6061 aluminum plate is a heat-treatable aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy with excellent strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Its main strengthening phase comes from Mg₂Si, which allows it to achieve high performance after heat treatment, especially in T6 condition.
Black aluminum sheets are aluminum alloy materials finished with anodizing or coating processes such as PVDF, polyester, or powder coating. The base materials are commonly 1050, 3003, 5052, and 6061 aluminum alloys, selected for their balance of formability, corrosion resistance, and structural performance.
Diamond Plate Aluminum 4x8 is manufactured through a precision embossing rolling process that forms a permanent raised diamond pattern on aluminum sheet surfaces. The process uses mechanical pressure to reshape the metal surface, improving slip resistance and structural rigidity without adding coatings.
Aluminum 1100 H14 is a high-purity aluminum alloy with a strain-hardened temper that provides a balance between strength and formability. Its composition of nearly pure aluminum ensures excellent corrosion resistance, while the H14 condition improves mechanical strength without significantly reducing ductility.
6063 aluminum plate is an architectural-grade aluminum alloy with excellent surface finish, good corrosion resistance, and strong forming performance. It is mainly used in decorative and extrusion-based applications.
6061 T6 aluminum sheet is the most balanced and widely used alloy in the 6000 series, offering an optimal combination of strength, machinability, and corrosion resistance.
3003 aluminum sheet is a versatile aluminum–manganese alloy with excellent formability and corrosion resistance, widely used in general industrial applications. Compared with 3005 aluminum sheet, it offers better formability but lower strength.
Checkered aluminium sheet and stainless steel checkered plate serve similar anti-slip functions but are designed for different engineering needs.
Aluminum sheets for trailers are commonly produced in grades such as 3003, 5052, 5083, and 6061, with thickness ranging from 1.5 mm to 8 mm depending on application needs. Standard sheet sizes like 4×8 ft and 1500×3000 mm are widely used in trailer manufacturing.
Aluminium sheet rolls are supplied in continuous coil form with flexible length and standard industrial widths such as 1000 mm, 1250 mm, and 1500 mm. Thickness ranges from 0.2 mm to 6 mm depending on application requirements.
Aluminum sheet metal bending is a key fabrication process that enables the transformation of flat aluminum sheets into functional and structural components.
