DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel seamless pipe is a kind of hollow long steel profile, mainly used in petroleum, chemical, medical, food, construction,mechanical instrumentation and other industrial transmission pipes and mechanical structural components.

For seamless, outside diameters are from 6mm to 762mm with wall thickness from 0.5mm to 70mm.

The annual output capacity is 35,000 ton.

Seamless Pipe Value Add

Stainless Steel Pipe Value Add 304 316L stainless steel pipes
Polishing	Can polish nearly any stainless steel pipe item to a #4 polish, #6 Polish, #7 polish or a #8 mirror finish. Stainless steel polished pipes can also be cut to required size.
Beveling	Can bevel the edges of stainless steel pipe to prepare for welding or other processes.
Honing & Turning	Can hone pipe and tube, using a precision abrasion process in order to obtain a desired finish or close dimensional tolerance.
Heatreating & Annealing	Some grades of stainless steel pipe can be heatreated to change the mechanical properties.
Positive Material Identification (PMI)	Can perform PMI testing in house for most stainless steel grades, or we can work with independent labs to complete PMI in order to meet customer specifications.
