Installation Steps:

1. Installation steps:
Basic preparation: Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the basic structure is flat, firm, and free of impurities. If used for facades or decorative walls, fixings or angle steels should be embedded in advance.
2. Lofting and positioning: Lofting is carried out accurately according to the design drawings, and the installation position of the steel plate is marked to ensure neat arrangement and uniform gaps.
3. Plate processing: Cut the steel plate according to the size of the drawing, and grind the edges and corners to avoid sharp edges affecting construction and safety. If the plate is not pre-rusted, the surface can be degreased and rusted first to facilitate the subsequent uniform formation of the rust layer.
