PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The unique raised pattern on the chequered stainless steel plate not only increases friction but also demonstrates exceptional durability under repeated use and constant friction, effectively reducing wear and tear. Its excellent wear resistance makes it an ideal choice for a wide range of equipment and work environments.
For machinery and equipment, it can withstand pressure and heavy loads while maintaining stable performance, extending equipment life, and reducing maintenance costs. In areas subject to frequent contact, such as steps, walkways, or work platforms, its high strength and wear resistance ensure long-lasting, like-new performance.
This material also combines the inherent corrosion resistance of stainless steel, ensuring reliability in wet, oily, and harsh environments. It's more than just a sturdy plate; it's a solution that enhances safety and durability. Choosing a chequered stainless steel plate adds a layer of robustness to your equipment and environment, providing added peace of mind for users.
A diamond checker stainless steel patterned plate is manufactured by cold rolling a sheet and hot rolling a stainless steel sheet.
Due to the excellent corrosion resistance and slip resistance, it has been used in many industries as the food industry, buildings, water heaters, bathtubs, and dinnerware etc.
