The production process of Perforated Aluminium Sheet for home users involves several key steps, from the selection of aluminum alloy to punching and surface treatment, each link ensures the quality and performance of the final product. First, the production process starts with the selection of aluminum alloy. According to different application requirements, high-strength and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys such as 1050, 3003 or 5052 alloys are usually selected. These alloys have good processability and oxidation resistance while ensuring strength.
After the aluminum alloy is selected, it enters the hot rolling and cold rolling stages. The hot rolling process is usually used to produce thicker aluminum sheets. The aluminum alloy is heated to a high temperature and rolled multiple times to reduce the thickness of the sheet and increase its ductility. Next, the hot-rolled aluminum sheet is further rolled to the required precise thickness and surface quality through the cold rolling process. The cold-rolled aluminum sheet has a smoother surface and higher dimensional accuracy, which is suitable for making precision-punched products.
During the punching process, after the mold design, the aluminum sheet is fed into the stamping equipment and punched according to the specified pattern or aperture. The shape, size, and arrangement of the holes can be customized according to customer needs, ensuring the dual requirements of the product in terms of beauty and functionality.
After punching, the aluminum sheet is usually surface-treated to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Common surface treatment methods include anodizing, spraying, and electrophoretic coating. These treatments can not only increase the corrosion resistance of the aluminum sheet but also improve its appearance and give it a longer service life.
